Septic Inspection

Septic Compliance Inspections are a requirement in counties throughout Minnesota including Kandiyohi, Stearns, Meeker, McLeod, Douglass, Wright, Pope and many others when doing a property transfer and/or permitting for building. A professional septic inspection will inform you of issues that may require minor repairs to complex issues that may require system replacement.

Water Testing

Getting a well water test done will ensure your water is safe to drink. We are seeing more arsenic in water than ever before. Have piece of mind knowing the water you put in your body is safe. Many mortgage lenders require specific water tests. Call us today to schedule a water test!

Radon Testing

Radon is a radioactive gas that can cause lung cancer from exposure. Radon gas enters homes by moving from soil into the home. All homes, at any age can have elevated radon levels. We offer radon testing at the time of home inspections or stand alone appointments.

Septic Design

A septic system is an underground waste water system. Septic designs are needed when installing a new or replacement system for a property. Designs vary on home floor plans, property set up and property soils.

Soils Verification

Soils verification is needed for a septic design. Each septic design completed typically require two licensed professionals to evaluate the soils to ensure the proper septic system is designed.
